I'm gonna give you some of my good time

From the Daily Express, 23rd August 2005:

"Nutritional therapist Sylvie Abu-Jabir recommends the following supplements to people who drink [alcohol] regularly:

- Milk Thistle
Silymarin comes from the seeds of milk thistle and helps to repair and regenerate the liver.
- N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)
NAC is converted By the body into glutathione, which can minimise the damaging effects of alcohol. It is best taken with vitamin C.
- Rosemary
This speeds the flow of toxins through the system."

NAC and Rosemary can be quite expensive though!

yeah but then moderate amounts of alcohol is expensive too ;)
