Well fuckin' how do I ...

MC homie Paris

So I've uploaded some more pictures. I found some old pictures on my Flickr account from my one day tour in Scotland, so I've posted those here. Got a bunch of pictures from Paul from Danny's party, they can be found here or by clicking on MC Paz above. Finally I've also managed to upload all my tour pics from my four day tour of Scotland, there's still a couple more that I've snagged from others on the tour I'm yet to upload but all mine are up. They can be found here.

Had a fit last night about Paris and Kristy, a friend of Paris and Bev's. They invited me around to a good-bye dinner for Kristy, then within five minutes of me walking in made it clear that I was 'barely welcome'. Paris then asked me what was wrong with me. I kinda fumed all night, probably over-reacted a little due to my slight intoxication. I'm all sorted now, though Kristy probably won't talk to me ever again. Oh well. You win some you lose some.

My boss basically told me I should look up visa info, so thats what I'm doing now. Find out exactly what they can do for me re visas, but I can't see how they might be able to do anything for me. They can try, but I have serious doubts about what I'd get out of it. Another 6 months maybe?

I've started riding my bike to work again, the temperature has risen slightly so now its quite comfortable (unless its raining :/). Comfortable being 8-12 C. Hoohaa. So adjusted.

My mental state I would describe at the moment is a little fragile. I'm sort of going stir crazy with the anticipation of Paul leaving (who is currently rooming with me). He leaves early February, about the 4th. So about two and a half weeks to go. Alex is now living with Paris, and with Paul gone, Jess not here, no hope of seeing Brad anytime in the next two years, I am going to be feeling very alone. I am seriously considering checking into a hostel to try and meet some new friends. Paris and Bev I might see occasionally but they are very choosy about what times and when they will hang out with me.

What about my flatmates? James more or less keeps to himself. Eugene has his own friends. Amy works six days a week shift work, and generally spends her spare time playing with her idiot boyfriends mind.

Only good thing to come with Paul leaving is that I'll be able to go back to doing my early morning exercises, there by getting even more fit (I hope).

My brother finally got around to putting money on my credit card, which gives me another week or two to dump a bunch of cash on it. Am on track to pay it off by end of February.

I think I've mentioned it before in my journal but I'd like to, really like to this year give presents to my best friends on my birthday rather than receive any. I'm so out of whack with the whole giving and receiving presents thing that I just don't even bother half the time with people's birthdays any more, and I am still feeling a little guilty about not even getting cards for everyone at Christmas. I'd like to get Paris and Bev separate gifts, and preferably not geeky things like ipods. I feel the need to get something really, really good for Paris, as a sort of thank you for being such a great friend to me over the past year. Actually he probably won't be there for my birthday, he is in Australia for 11 weeks from 18th April. I'll have to get it early. Humm doh.

Enough random ramblings, I am out. From now on my posts will be public, okay.

Nothing wrong with goatee's, my man's sporting one also atm. I'm just noticing that their numbers are steadily increasing :)

haha, don't listen to him, Highland ladies are just as pretty as the rest of the world! (that's just bc they shave and bleach their goatee stubble though...)
